Cardboard
Constructed a three-dimensional mask using cardboard as the primary structure. Built and assembled forms using glue and hot glue. Applied spray paint and gouache to define color and depth. Added fake feathers and glitter paper to emphasize texture, movement, and the vibrant characteristics of the blue-and-yellow macaw. Developed the piece for a 3D Design course at UNC Charlotte, inspired by Brazilian Carnival and environmental awareness.
