Why did the chicken cross the road? - 2D Animation

Designed storyboards and created a story reflecting the Hollywood Act structure. Designed 2D characters and backgrounds. Animated using straight-ahead and pose-by-pose methods. Used animation principles, onion skin, scenes, graphic and movie clip symbols, Classic, Motion, and Shape tweens. Created in Adobe Animate I got inspired by the joke "Why did the chicken cross the road?" . My idea was to create a story of why the chicken, my main character, had to cross the road with her friend Butterfly, the second character, to get food. The project was completed in my concurrent enrollment class called Photoshop & Digital Media (ART 1080) at Salt Lake Community College during my senior year of high school.
